My son was adopted out to my stepmom and dad and I was never notified of it by DFS or the courts or anybody, no one ever told me anything about it!

Sue Crane provided my ex wife with a report of a closed investigation to use as ammunition in an ex parte they were filing against. At this ex parte hearing I feel my rights were violated by not being allowed to address or argue any of the allegations against me in a hearing that I requested to have. Sue Crane used that hearing to allow my ex to have a platform or stage to put on a good enough show in order to sway the GAL and dfs opinions of me so it would be easier for the case to transition into a juvenile protective custody order and get granted. Which did not get granted because juvenile had it withdrawn and dropped after i posted a video calling them out for fabricating their allegations. I also feel like my parental rights were violated in the same type of way when it came to my son's court case. I wasnt allowed to have any say or even an opinion towards anything to do with his situation.

She refused to hear evidence from both side and rule fairly

Failed to provide proper hearing for protection order of my child. Let child go with dangerous and unsafe mother.

Ignored my request and placed my daughter with the other parent.

Thanks to Judge Sue Crane, For 8 yrs I have fought my sons great grandma to terminate guardianship over him. She claims I have stuff to work on while I meet every goal the courts set, Judge Sue Crane and GAL Liz McGee are now entertaining this 80yr old woman’s request to adopt my son while I’m actively doing everything she said. Judge Crane claims I have stuff to work on but won’t tell me what it is. Just sides with the GAL who is quoted as great friends of the Guardian of my child. She’s been my judge on EVERY case I’ve had in Callaway county. Yet claims she doesn’t know who I am.

She rather quickly denied my divorce, she made sure to find SOMETHING wrong everytime and she was extremely full of attitude

Ignored evidence I had against the father and now ex-step mom, she handed my child over to a father that wasn’t even involved in our daughters life for 6 years without a real reason that was actually true

Sue crane told us at our first court date my kids was safe then took my 3 kids the next court date. If my kids was in harms way then why not take them the first court date .

One sided and bias. Wouldn’t listen to my side of story then told me she would “deal with me” in family court

Judge refused to review evidence of child abuse. Therefore, allowing child to live with other parent.

Denied my mother multiple motions. Ignoring evidence she had yelled and came out of her chair at my mother one day in court. She was upset my mom knew so much

She’s bias, lies on the docket, refuses transcripts and court access. The clerk blocked my email and hangs up on me when I call the court. (Recorded) judge made final judgement and then backdated it 69 days later- preventing my filings. (They were already filed prior to this backdate.)

She is the judge on my case and always rules for the other side.

Sent my children with our abuser didn't allow evidence to be shown from my side, no other household members (3 adults) (2 minors) we spoken to about allegations. She also did my protection order against ex sister in law and ex husband as well as divorce, knew of previous abuse by him.
