Does not adhere to case law and does not enforce his own orders. Corrupt Judge that needs disbarred!!!

Makes the rules up as he goes along to suit himself. Lies in court. Covers up for illegal things the Sheriff and prosecutor do. Breaks the law himself. Used drugs for years with other local judges and puts people in jail for drugs. Total corruption.

Ignored motions, weaponized a psychological evaluation to delay case, ignored evidence, violated due process many times... a long list of bad behavior.

Not following the law. Allowing case to drag on without evidence. Blocking hearings. Suppressing records. Allowing clerks to alter records and instructing the clerks to block filings and not put them on the courtd docket.

Failed to recuse himself after being the judge over previous cases involving myself and my daughter. Refused to take up motions I filed. Dismissed motions my public defender filed. Allowed my daughters unsupervised contact to continue unchecked after he's the one who ordered it. Allowed prosecutor to proceed under the color of law and keep changing her filings and charges with out a shred of evidence of abuse of any kind. Other then they said so as my daughter convinced them it was only was they could be with her.
