In my experience, Dr. Keith Peterson’s evaluation had a devastating impact on my case. I provided extensive collateral information and the names of numerous treating professionals who understood my spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, rehabilitation, and progress, yet many were never contacted. Instead, conclusions were reached about my functioning and parenting without what I believe was a complete understanding of my disabilities or treatment. His report became highly influential in subsequent court decisions and, in my view, created a narrative about me that I have spent years trying to correct. The consequences have extended far beyond the evaluation itself and have profoundly affected my relationship with my children and my ability to reunify with them.

Was a signed as a therapist to my ex spouse from minors counsel

Assigned as Special Master/copatent Therapist. Very rude, threatened that it would cost to much for him to read manipulative controlling messaging from my ex-spouse guilting me into not submitting it. Did not hold other spouse accountable for negative behavior and portrayed gender and racial bias in favor of men and Caucasian race.

Keith Peterson physically assaulted me in his office. He threatened if I told anyone, that he would testify against me. He did anyway. He’s a total misogynist
