Gave custody to my ex even though DHS never opened a child abuse case against me they were all found not true and even though three DHS workers came to court with me and said there was no reason to remove my son from my own he said because of my extreme poverty level that my ex and his new wife would be more able to provide better opportunities for him and then he made me pay double the child support to my ex that my ex paid to me as a single mom

He never heard me talk

I respectfully request an investigation into whether judicial misconduct, procedural irregularities, ex parte or improper communications, conflicts of interest or the appearance of impropriety, bias, denial of a fair opportunity to present evidence, and other violations of the Arkansas Code of Judicial Conduct affected the fairness and integrity of my custody proceedings.

He didn’t listen to me or the evidence I had. He fell asleep during the first round of hearings

Did not let me present my evidence cut the court hearing short. Has ignored evidence

Kept my kids split from each other for a year
